Monsoon Ballad - 1 : Muddy Blues!!!!!

Rain came splashin' down,
And outside my window i hear it pour,
Droplets dash against the window sill,
Descending down the floor!

The smell of the earth,
So wet and muddy
Fills my senses up!
Rising from the ground
And all over around,
I watch it gallop!!

My clothes are soggy wet,
And so are my shoes!
But the heart's dry as ever,
I hate these moody blues!

If rain is like music
And life is a song
Then i wish it rained
All life long!!!!

Ill sing my blues
All through the night,
Till the morning comes
With the first ray of light!!

And then in the daylight
When the sun shines,
I'll remember your promise -
I'm yours and you're mine!!!

And the young and handsome Flower In full bloom Stood proud and tall in his glory "majestified"! Sweet summoning scent Of his perfume sets the heart a-throbbing Pulsating and b eating Leaves the senses mesmerized!! You see his proud stance and arrogant charm But seldom its known that secretly he stalks the Sun! While he knows not That the bees and the drones Are soon gonna arrive Uninvited!!

Sometimes I wonder why Solitude has become such a crowded place!! Make 'em stop; these cacophonies of screaming silences; they're deafening!!!! Who built this barricade in the middle of our bed?! Why do our conversations resemble a talk show on mute?! Can you tell?! Jet-speeding through the highways in my mind, I'm afraid, the light at the end of the tunnel might be a halogen bulb put there to illuminate the sign board that reads - "DEAD END"!!! :-|
